All PAT testing work will be carried out in accordance to the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) code of practice for In- Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.

Any previous records of testing should be made available to the engineer before testing begins.

For larger premises a responsible person should be in attendance when we arrive to show us around the building.

Abele Electrical Testing accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage for appliances that are NOT made available or are inaccessible during the agreed Pat test inspection.

The Customer shall ensure that any critical information or data has been backed up prior to the start of the inspection and testing. We will be switching off computers and servers as part of the testing.

No Liability is accepted for business interruption, loss of data or business information, losses to business related services or loss to business profits.

We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage for appliances that are found to be faulty before or after PAT testing.

All PAT testing is carried out solely at the appliance owners risk.

Payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice.

The ownership of test results remain the property of Abele Electrical Testing until all invoices are paid in full.
