How We Work

Once the payment has been received and the information uploaded to our server or posted to us, we will progress the order.

The important thing to remember at this first stage is to get the spelling of your data correct. This includes your name, medication, allergies etc. Simple typos can be easily made, please check and then re-check the inputted information.

When the information is uploaded to our server we receive a unique identifier for the photo and word file that is associated to you. It will remain on the server until we are ready to process your order. We normally say that the process takes 7 to 10 working days from submission to you receiving your card.

When we are ready to process your order we will retrieve the data file and Photo from the server, and cut and paste the information provided (That is why your spelling has to be correct. Mistakes can’t be rectified ). Once this information is pasted onto the template the card is printed and the information is automatically erased from our records. The card is then turned to print the picture on the face of the card along with your chosen icon. Again the photo ( If Digital ) is erased from our system. If the photo and information have been provided to us in the mail as printed matter, then we will scan the photograph and manually input the data. Once this has been done the original information and picture will be returned to you along with your new card.

We will hold no information or pictures on our system.

In the case of sending printed matter we will check our input is exactly as you have written, This can be re-checked when you receive both the originals and Card. Any mistakes made on the originals will be copied across to the card. We can not be held responsible for these mistakes.

We feel that it is Important for you to know that we do NOT in any shape or form keep the data. The data is NOT sent or sold to third parties. The information provided is treated in the strictest confidence.
